Right of withdrawal and return instructions
In execution of the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21 implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer may return the purchased product(s).
To return the product(s) ordered we invite you, within the term of 14 days from receipt of the order, to write an email to the following address:
customer@caffebristot.com indicating:
– the reason for the return: product(s) not in conformity with the order, quality defect, wrong order, damaged product(s)
– the product(s) you wish to return
– confirmation of pick-up address and telephone number
– time slot
